At SLH, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your SLH account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
